On almost every deal I get offered, the initial payment proposal is significantly lower than what I end up getting paid.
If you do not know your value and smell like desperation, the other side will take advantage of you.
Low ball offers most often aren’t finite, it’s the logical financial approach to try and close a deal at a discount.
No one will stand up for you, so either you do, or you’ll always get paid less than what you’re worth.
