Trump said Tuesday at the White House, "We are catching Iran off guard and unprepared. They must never have nuclear weapons, and now they have a very deep understanding of that. We are a great nation with the most powerful military in the world. I rebuilt this military during my first term, and I didn't expect to have to use it so frequently in the second term.
