The profit distribution proposal reviewed and approved by the company’s board of directors is: using the company’s total share capital of 799 million shares as of December 31, 2025, calculated as the total issued share capital of 806 million shares minus 7.7295 million shares held in the repurchase-dedicated securities account, as the basis; distribute a cash dividend of 8 yuan to all shareholders for every 10 shares (including tax), issue 0 bonus shares to shareholders (including tax), and do not convert capital reserve funds into share capital.
