The criteria for this event are: as of 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2026 (U.S. Eastern Time), if a public valuation of $500 billion or above is achieved, or if in private financing the company’s valuation is set at $500 billion or above, then this event will be judged as “Yes.” Otherwise, it will be judged as “No.”
