Greentown China(03900.HK): Guo Jiafeng resigns as Executive Director

Greentown China announced that from March 30, 2026, several senior executives will resign. Guo Jiafeng will resign as Executive Director and CEO, while Zhou Anqiao and Zhu Yuchen will also resign from their respective positions. At the same time, the company appointed Geng Zhongqiang as Acting CEO and in other new roles.

Gelonghui March 31 | Greentown China (03900.HK) announced that, effective from March 30, 2026, the following individuals have resigned from their respective positions: (1) Guo Jiafeng resigned as the company’s executive director, a member of the environmental, social and governance committee, chief executive officer, and from other positions within the Group; (2) Zhou Anqiao resigned as a non-executive director; and (3) Zhu Yuchen resigned as an independent non-executive director, as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee, and as the chairman of the nomination committee.

The following individuals have been appointed to the corresponding positions: (1) Geng Zhongqiang has been appointed as the acting chief executive officer; (2) Chen Guobang has been appointed as a non-executive director; (3) Xiong Liangjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and as a member of the audit committee, the nomination committee, and the remuneration committee; and (4) Liu Chengyun has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
