Zhongfutong: Plans to issue no more than 643 million yuan

Zhongfutong announcement: the company plans to raise total proceeds of no more than RMB 643 million by issuing A-shares to specific targets. After deducting issuance expenses, all the net proceeds are intended to be used for the industrialization of an AI-based public safety platform project, the upgrade and renovation of communication service outlets, the upgrade and construction of the R&D center, and replenishment of working capital. The number of shares to be issued in this offering will not exceed 68.9231 million shares. The issue price will be determined through a bidding process and will not be lower than 80% of the company’s average stock trading price over the 20 trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date.
