I have been exploring these Tap-to-Earn games on Telegram that have become popular lately, and honestly, there are some quite interesting ones if you're looking to earn some crypto without much effort. The truth is, these Telegram groups for making money have grown a lot over the past two years.
What’s most surprising is how Hamster Kombat exploded. It went from almost nothing to 300 million users in a short time. The concept is simple: you control a hamster managing a crypto exchange, click, level up, and eventually become CEO. The good thing is that it’s not just nonstop clicking; you have to spend points on upgrades and boosters. Right now, the HMSTR token is trading around 0.00 with a downward trend in the last 24 hours.
But Notcoin was the one that really started all this. It debuted in January 2024 and was the first time I saw this model of touching a giant coin to earn points. It remains super simple but has a limited energy system that recharges slowly, so you need to complete missions to keep earning. The NOT token is at 0.00 and has recently increased by 3.69%. What’s interesting is that you can form “nations” with friends in these Telegram groups to earn money and compete together.
Catizen is different because it combines the virtual cat breeding concept with click mechanics. Breed cats, build a feline city, and the more cats you have, the more tokens you generate. The CATI token was launched recently and is trading around 0.05. There are also blind boxes with upgrades and unique cats that help you earn more.
Rocky Rabbit has an interesting twist: instead of just clicking, you train a rabbit to fight other rabbits. You need to invest points in training multiple attributes and then participate in battles. The RBTC token is already available on several major exchanges, although it has experienced a significant drop recently.
X Empire (formerly Musk Empire) is basically a version of Hamster Kombat but controlling an investment empire. Click, earn points, invest in upgrades. It attracts over 40 million players. Rumor has it that the token could arrive soon.
TapSwap offers daily missions with rewards of up to 40,000 tokens per day, and it has over 60 million users. The team plans to launch its token TAPS soon, so these Telegram groups for making money are quite active right now.
And Major is another game where you earn stars instead of just clicking. You can “mine” stars by holding a coin, steal coins during limited periods, or complete missions. The MAJOR token is trading around 0.06. The good thing is that it encourages teamwork cooperation.
The obvious question is whether these tokens are worth it as investments once they hit exchanges. Some are on major platforms, others on smaller exchanges. Personally, I see these games more as a fun way to learn about crypto rather than a serious investment strategy, but clearly, some people are earning something. If you want to join these Telegram groups to make money, make sure not to spend more time than you can really afford.
