U.S. "Ford" Aircraft Carrier Arrives in Israel
According to a report published by Reuters on social media, the U.S. military’s USS Ford aircraft carrier arrived in Israel on the 27th. This means that the U.S. military has deployed both the USS Ford and the USS Lincoln aircraft carriers in the Middle East at the same time. On the same day, Israeli media reported that the USS Ford will dock in the Haifa area in northern Israel. Meanwhile, the U.S. Navy denied earlier reports that the USS Ford’s sanitary system had suffered a major malfunction. A statement from the U.S. Navy said that the ship’s relevant system “is operating within expected parameter ranges” and has not affected readiness status or the ability to carry out missions. “A toilet blockage incident was quickly handled by the trained relevant personnel, and the blockage time was extremely short.” In recent days, the U.S. has continued to apply military pressure on Iran, with large forces massed across the Middle East. U.S. President Donald Trump recently admitted that he is considering a “limited military strike” against Iran. (Xinhua News Agency)
