Recently, a delegation led by Chen Boyang, Chairman of Longhai Group of Vietnam, accompanied by relevant personnel from China Railway Group, conducted an on-site inspection and visit to multiple units and key project sites.

Longhai Group of Vietnam is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in Vietnam. Its business has expanded from automobile manufacturing and sales into multiple fields including real estate, agriculture, and logistics. This inspection tour covered the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, and the central plains area. The delegation visited places such as Shenzhen, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, and Beijing. They successively toured the China Railway No. 3 Engineering Group’s Huizhou segment plant, the Shenzhen Metro Line 22 Mínlè shield tunneling section and the Meifeng Station construction site built by China Railway No. 6 Engineering Group, the operational control center at the Shenzhen Metro rolling stock depot, the East Rolling Stock Base of the Nanjing Metro (Dachang East), China Railway Baoqiao (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., as well as the China Railway Equipment TBM production base.

At the Huizhou segment plant, the delegation observed the high-standard, intelligent segment production process. They expressed appreciation for China Railway Group’s standardized and large-scale production capabilities in the prefabricated component sector. At the Shenzhen Metro Line 22 Mínlè shield tunneling section and the Meifeng Station construction site built by China Railway No. 6 Engineering Group, the delegation conducted an on-site inspection of China Railway No. 6 Engineering Group’s capabilities in shield tunneling construction and station construction under complex geological conditions. They were deeply impressed by the site’s refined management and safety and quality control standards. At the operational control center of the Shenzhen Metro rolling stock depot and the East Rolling Stock Base of the Nanjing Metro (Dachang East), the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the operation and dispatching of urban rail transit, rolling stock maintenance, and integrated management systems.

The delegation also visited China Railway Baoqiao (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and the China Railway Equipment TBM production base, conducting an on-site look into China Railway Group’s R&D strength and production capabilities in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector. Modern production workshops, advanced production processes, and self-developed shield tunneling machines—these “state-of-the-art national heavy machines”—gave the delegation members a more direct and in-depth understanding of China Railway Group’s advantages across the full industrial chain. Wherever they went, the delegation members stopped to take a close look and kept asking about details, decoding the “success code” of China’s infrastructure build-out in a comprehensive way—from production workshops to the construction front line, from the operation dispatching center to the equipment manufacturing base.

Through this inspection tour, China Railway Group presented Longhai Group of Vietnam with its comprehensive strengths in areas including planning and design, engineering construction, equipment manufacturing, and operation and maintenance, in a full-scale manner. This further enhanced mutual understanding and trust between the two sides. As a key participant, China Railway No. 6 Engineering Group, during the visit, fully showcased outstanding project performance capabilities and levels of technological innovation, earning high recognition from international partners. Relying on China Railway Group’s advantages across the full industrial chain, China Railway No. 6 Engineering Group will continue to deepen cooperation and align efforts with Longhai Group of Vietnam—crafting high-quality projects with craftsmanship and building consensus through integrity—helping propel China-Vietnam infrastructure cooperation to a new level and contributing to building the “Belt and Road” together and furthering China-Vietnam friendship.
