Iranian officials: U.S. mistakes have caused the world to "lose the Strait of Hormuz"

Odaily Planet Daily reports that local time on March 31, Iran Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps deputy commander Ali Fadavi said that the United States’ “foolish actions” caused the world to “lose the Strait of Hormuz.” Ali Fadavi said the United States misjudged the situation and none of its original targets, which were supposed to be achieved within three to five days, were ultimately accomplished. Many Western analysts also confirmed this. Ali Fadavi said that the Strait of Hormuz had originally been completely open and unobstructed, but due to the United States’ mistake, the world “lost the Strait of Hormuz.” (CCTV News)
