Abstract generation in progress

People’s Finance and News, March 31—The Shanghai Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration issued a situation notice. On March 30, it received a real-name report regarding tax-related matters involving Ju Mounmoun. Since September 2025, our bureau has repeatedly received similar tip-offs. After careful verification, no tax issues reflected in the report were found, and we have already provided the investigation results to the informant. Pursuant to Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Reporting and Whistleblowing on Tax Violations, because this report is a repeated report of the same investigated and concluded matter, and no new effective leads were provided, our bureau will, according to law, not accept the matter for processing. Tax authorities will continue to strengthen tax supervision, advance the investigation and handling of violations in an integrated manner, optimize law enforcement, promote compliance, and protect lawful rights, and will work to create a tax environment characterized by lawful and fair enforcement and a tax ecosystem of honest taxpaying.
