Greentown China(03900.HK): Guo Jiafeng resigns as Executive Director

Greentown China announced that from March 30, 2026, several senior executives will resign. Guo Jiafeng will resign as Executive Director and CEO, while Zhou Anqiao and Zhu Yuchen will also resign from their respective positions. At the same time, the company appointed Geng Zhongqiang as Acting CEO and in other new roles.

Gelonghui March 31丨Greentown China (03900.HK) announced that, effective March 30, 2026: the following persons have resigned from the respective positions set out below: (1) Guo Jiafeng resigned as an executive director of the Company, as a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, as Chief Executive Officer, and from other positions of the Group; (2) Zhou Anqiao resigned as a non-executive director; and (3) Zhu Yuchen resigned as an independent non-executive director, as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee.

The following persons have been appointed to the respective corresponding positions set out below: (1) Geng Zhongqiang has been appointed to act as Chief Executive Officer; (2) Chen Guobang has been appointed as a non-executive director; (3) Xiong Liangjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Remuneration Committee; and (4) Liu Chengyun has been appointed as the chairperson of the Nomination Committee.
