South Korea is approximately visa-free now.

A five-year multiple-entry visa will be issued to travelers with a record of visiting Korea.
Starting from March 30, residents of 14 Chinese cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiamen, Tianjin, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Changsha, Qingdao, Chongqing) will be officially issued ten-year multiple-entry visas.
In the future, "Friday after work, weekend trip to Korea" can become a daily routine.
