U.S. President says will "take over" Cuba as local healthcare system nears the brink due to energy blockade

U.S. President Trump said on the 16th in Washington that he would “take over” Cuba in some form. And just on the same day that Trump made these remarks, Cuba was plunged into nationwide power outages due to U.S. sanctions.
