#Gate金手指 U.S. Secretary of State Pompeo said that Iran will never be allowed to permanently control the Strait of Hormuz, establish a toll system, and so on. Pompeo stated during a media interview that the United States aims to achieve its military objectives against Iran "within weeks rather than months." He said, "He (President Trump) favors diplomatic solutions. These (negotiation) efforts are still in the early stages. Some negotiations are ongoing, including through intermediaries." Pompeo added, "But we also have to be prepared for the possibility that these (negotiation) efforts may fail," and Iran "is issuing threats to permanently control the Strait of Hormuz, establish a toll system, and so on. This will not be allowed to happen."
