March 30, Zhongjing Food issued an announcement stating that in 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 1.082 billion yuan, a year-over-year decrease of 1.42%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 192 million yuan, a year-over-year increase of 9.35%; and basic earnings per share were 1.31 yuan, a year-over-year increase of 9.17%.

The announcement pointed out that in 2025, the company’s seasonings food segment achieved sales of 601 million yuan. In offline channels, it focused on improving efficiency per employee and refining the pricing system, optimized the team structure, deepened direct cooperation with chain-system partners and expansion of customized business, and steadily improved channel coverage and sales efficiency per employee. It strengthened price management to ensure the channel pricing system remained healthy and orderly. It adhered to rolling out the digital and intelligent marketing infrastructure, upgraded Zhongjing ZhiNet, and launched Zhongjing DaNet, effectively enhancing channel operating efficiency and terminal response capabilities. For e-commerce channels, it focused on professionalized operations, consolidated the foundation of shelf e-commerce, optimized interest e-commerce content, shifted from traffic placement to product-, reputation-, and content-driven strategies, and saw a significant improvement in profit levels.

In 2025, the company’s seasoning ingredients segment achieved sales of 475 million yuan. Relying on production capacity scale and technological innovation, its market share increased steadily; it deepened technical services for major customers and joint R&D to continuously strengthen customer stickiness. The Shanghai R&D and innovation center provided strong support for product innovation and application development, consolidating the company’s long-term competitive advantages.
