For fiscal year 2025, the group’s revenue was approximately RMB 42 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of approximately 35.0%. The group’s loss before tax narrowed from a loss of approximately RMB 52.6 million for fiscal year 2024 to a loss of approximately RMB 27.1 million for fiscal year 2025, with the loss decreasing by approximately RMB 25.5 million or approximately 48.6%.

During the reporting period, the group’s loss before tax decreased mainly due to (i) a significant decrease in impairment losses of property, plant and equipment compared with the same period last year; and (ii) for financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss, a significant reduction in fair value losses compared with the same period last year.
