ChainCatcher message: tokenized asset platform Midas announced that it has completed a $50 million Series A funding round. The round was led by RRE and Creandum, with participation from follow-on investors including Framework Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Coinbase Ventures.

Midas focuses on turning institutional-grade yield strategies into on-chain token products. This round of financing will be used to expand its Midas Staked Liquidity (MSL) system—a standalone liquidity layer that meets users’ withdrawal needs through pre-configured capital, without gradually liquidating positions when investors exit. This enables instant redemption and addresses issues with existing vault-style structures that lock up capital and have redemption cycles that are too long.
