Changjin Photonics submits registration for the STAR Market IPO
Beijing Business Daily News (reporters Ma Huanhuan and Li Jiaxue) On the evening of March 29, the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange showed that Wuhan Changjin Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changjin Photonics”) has submitted its application for registration for a STAR Market IPO.
It is understood that Changjin Photonics is a special fiber manufacturer with the capability for R&D and industrialization of high-performance, multi-category special fibers. The company’s IPO was accepted on August 29, 2025, and entered the inquiry stage on September 11 of the same year; it was approved to proceed to the board meeting on March 27 of this year.
In this push to go public, Changjin Photonics plans to raise 780 million yuan.
