Today, I was directly taken to the gym by my older brother to work on shoulders and back. Due to years of prolonged sitting, I have a pretty serious shoulder impingement issue, and my arm movement range is quite limited.


When measuring body fat percentage, it also showed low protein and muscle content. My muscle deviation score is actually 5.6, and after training, I was fed a pound of beef offal.
