On March 25, CGB (China Guangfa Bank) released an announcement stating that, starting March 28, 2026, the bank’s mobile banking and personal online banking will stop providing the service for issuing time-period personal deposit certificates. If you need to issue a time-period deposit certificate—showing the status of your personal deposit balance with the bank during a certain time period—please go to the bank’s branch counters to handle it. CGB’s mobile banking and personal online banking will continue to provide the service for issuing time-point personal deposit certificates.

Time-period personal deposit certificates issued through CGB’s mobile banking or personal online banking before March 28, 2026 can still be verified for authenticity and validity by logging in to the bank’s official website homepage (www.cgbchina.com.cn) under “Online Quick Services” and using “Online Deposit Certificate Verification.”
