The U.S. proposes a negotiation plan with Iran containing "15 conditions"

Local time on March 24, the U.S. government submitted, via Pakistan, a conflict-ending proposal with 15 conditions to Iran, covering its nuclear program, missile capabilities, and regional issues. It is claimed that the main demands from the U.S. include: dismantling existing nuclear capabilities; committing not to develop nuclear weapons; banning uranium enrichment on its own soil; transferring about 60% of its stockpile of highly enriched uranium; dismantling nuclear facilities such as Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow; and allowing the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to conduct comprehensive inspections. At the same time, the U.S. also requires Iran to stop supporting armed allies in the region, to prohibit providing funding, command, and weapons support to them, and to limit the scale and range of its ballistic missile program to defensive purposes only, while also ensuring that the Strait of Hormuz remains open.
