Las Vegas Sands reported a record-breaking year for its Marina Bay Sands resort in Singapore, with over 36 million visitors and S$2.64 billion in business spending in 2025. Building on this success, the company awarded a multi-billion-dollar contract to Woh Hup (Private) Limited for a new ultra-luxury development, designed by Safdie Architects, slated for completion in 2030, featuring an all-suite hotel tower, luxury retail, a 15,000-seat arena, and extensive meeting space.
