On March 27, Blue Whale News reported that recently, the Yangquan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a fine targeting the Yangquan Central Branch of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. and its related responsible persons.

The fine shows that the main illegal and irregular facts (case reasons) of the Yangquan Central Branch of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. are: inadequate internal control management; and insufficient management of the authenticity of the insurance agents’ identities.

In response to the aforementioned illegal and irregular behavior, the Yangquan Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered it to rectify, issued a warning, and imposed a fine of 55,000 yuan; for Shi Xuefang, the business director of the Yangquan Central Branch of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd., a warning was issued along with a fine of 50,000 yuan.
