I just started thinking about an interesting number. The population of Tokyo is approximately 38 million people. Can you imagine? That's an entire city whose population exceeds half of France. Just incredible scale.

And that's not even all of Japan. The entire country has over 120 million residents. So, the population of Tokyo is almost one-third of Japan's total population, concentrated in one metropolis. It's not just a big city; it's an entire ecosystem.

When you start comparing such numbers with European countries, it becomes clear why Japan is such an influential economic center. The concentration of people, resources, and innovation in one place creates incredible potential. The population of Tokyo demonstrates how the scale effect works in reality.
