COSCO SHIPPING Energy: Net profit of 4.037 billion yuan in 2025, down 0.11% year-on-year

Zhongyuan Shipping Energy announced that it expects to achieve an operating income of 23.892 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 2.68%; net profit is projected at 4.037 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.11%. The company reviewed and approved the profit distribution plan for the end of 2025 at its fourth board meeting held on March 26, 2026: based on the total share capital of 5.465 billion shares registered on the equity registration date, a cash dividend of 3.8 yuan (tax included) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, totaling a cash dividend of 2.077 billion yuan, with a dividend payout ratio of approximately 51.44%.
