The United States is in discussions with multiple parties about the possibility of US-Iran talks and is still awaiting Iran's response.

On March 24 local time, the United States is discussing high-level peace talks with Iran with multiple mediators, aiming to hold them as early as this week, but is still awaiting a response from Tehran. It is understood that the U.S. has proposed a ceasefire plan to Iran containing 15 items, and has stated that the Iranian side has made concessions on some key terms, but there is currently no concrete evidence to show that an agreement has been reached. Meanwhile, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey are acting as intermediaries, and Pakistan has expressed its willingness to host the talks. (CCTV News)
