Jin Kai New Energy announced that the information disclosure obligor, General Technology Group International Holdings Limited, reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 136,800 shares through centralized bidding trading on March 17, 2026. Before this change in equity, General Technology Group International Holdings Limited held 100 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.01% of the company’s total share capital. After this change in equity, it holds 99,863,200 shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the company’s total share capital.
