Japanese citizens hold an anti-war rally in Shinjuku, Tokyo

On the evening of March 29 local time, people in Japan held an anti-war rally spontaneously in front of Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, expressing opposition and protest against the U.S. and Israel’s strikes on Iran, as well as against the Kōno cabinet’s push to revise the constitution. CCTV’s reporter Li Weibing reported that nearly 1,000 people gathered in front of Tokyo’s Shinjuku Station to protest the United States launching attacks on Iran, along with the various dangerous military buildup and constitutional revision moves of the Japanese Takashi administration. Rally participants said the Japanese government must issue an apology and seriously deal with the personnel involved. (CCTV News)
