Fosun: Net profit of 981 million yuan in 2025, down 2.59% year-on-year

Fulate announced that the operating revenue for 2025 is 15.567 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.68%. The net profit is 981 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.59%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total proposed cash dividend of 349 million yuan (including tax), and a cash dividend ratio of 35.64%.
