Beijing Stock Exchange IPO faces a second test! Guangtai Vacuum scheduled for review on March 26

Beijing Business News (Reporter Wang Manlei) Shenyang Guantai Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guantai Vacuum”) is set to present its IPO for the second time. According to the schedule, Guantai Vacuum’s IPO at the Beijing Stock Exchange will be presented again on March 26, and the answer to whether the company will receive approval from the listing committee will also be revealed.

It is understood that Guantai Vacuum is a company focused on the research, manufacturing, and sales of vacuum equipment, with integrated capabilities from independent design to manufacturing and delivery. The company’s IPO at the Beijing Stock Exchange was accepted on June 23, 2025, and it entered the inquiry phase on July 16 of the same year. On December 29, 2025, the company’s first presentation was postponed for review.

At that time, during the listing committee meeting, the committee raised inquiries regarding the accuracy of revenue recognition and the sufficiency of the basis for Guantai Vacuum, requesting the company to further explain the main contract terms and performance for projects with delivery to acceptance times exceeding 15 months during the reporting period, and whether there were cases of negotiating acceptance times with customers or recognizing revenue across periods; additionally, in comparison to the project business contract and related supplementary agreements with Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co., Ltd., the company was asked to explain the main content of the contract terms and execution status, the subsequent process of handling breaches, and the specific circumstances of reaching agreements, as well as whether similar situations existed during the reporting period and their impact.

The prospectus shows that in this attempt to go public, Guantai Vacuum plans to raise approximately 168 million yuan, which, after deducting issuance expenses, will be invested in the vacuum melting furnace and sintering furnace production renovation and expansion project, as well as the research and development and product display center construction project.
