On the evening of March 27, Beichen Industrial released its 2025 annual report.

The report shows that in 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 6.06 billion. Of this, the exhibition and supporting facilities services segment recorded operating revenue of RMB 2.976 billion during the reporting period, up slightly by 0.53%; pre-tax profit was RMB 348 million. In the real estate development segment, operating revenue during the reporting period was RMB 2.919 billion (including parking spaces).

During the reporting period, the company completed the resumption and commencement (opening and restarting) of construction over an area of 1.0939 million square meters, and completed (delivered) construction over an area of 138,800 square meters. Among them, for the Changsha Beichen Triangle Zone project, the “finale” work A2 Block Building No. 1 was successfully capped, and Buildings No. 2 and No. 4 achieved completion readiness. All main building structures for the project have been fully completed. At the same time, the company advanced project delivery in a steady and well-ordered manner. During the year, it delivered nearly 2,000 housing units. Of these, the Changsha Beichen Triangle Zone Yuejiangyang project achieved centralized delivery half a year ahead of schedule.

The report shows that the company strengthened overall capital planning, tightened debt control, and reasonably reduced the scale of interest-bearing liabilities, providing stable funding support for the company’s business development. At the end of the reporting period, the total financing amount was RMB 23.32 billion.
