JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC is offering $370,000 Digital Barrier Notes linked to the performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell 2000 Index, and S&P 500 Index, due April 1, 2027. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Investors will receive a fixed return of 7.00% at maturity if the least performing index’s final value is at or above 60.00% of its initial value, but risk losing a significant portion or all of their principal if any index falls below this barrier.
