Zhongshouyou (00302) announced that it recorded a loss of 1.471 billion yuan (RMB, same below) for the year ending last December, with a loss per share of 49.12 cents, and will not pay a final dividend; the loss for the same period in 2024 is projected to be 2.105 billion yuan.

During the period, the adjusted net loss was 1.471 billion yuan, and the adjusted net loss for the same period in 2024 is expected to be 2.078 billion yuan. Revenue was 1.39 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.98%. Among this, overseas business revenue was 358 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.6%, accounting for 25.8% of the group’s total revenue.

Looking ahead to 2026, the group will adhere to a development strategy of “small cost trial and error, large-scale promotion, and rapid iteration,” relying on the group’s own IP resource advantages, with a core business model of “app (APP) + mini-games,” while simultaneously advancing global game publishing and the independent development of legendary game categories to create high-quality products with market competitiveness and long-term operational games with sustainable profitability.

At the same time, the group will continue to deepen the IP value of “The Legend of Sword and Fairy” through quality content creation, premium game development, diversified derivative product layout, and refined fan operations, striving to elevate the Xianjian IP to a world-class cultural IP and ultimately drive the group’s business performance back to a stable growth trajectory.
