People's Financial News, March 29 — At 9:19 a.m. on March 29, a COMAC C919 domestically produced large aircraft smoothly landed at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, successfully completing the first commercial passenger flight from Beijing Capital to Xiamen. This marks the official launch of the C919's regular operation on Air China's "Beijing-Xiamen Express" route. On the same day, Air China's C919 also operated its first flight on the Beijing—Harbin route. This inaugural flight is an important step in expanding the C919 route network to the southeastern coast and northeastern regions.

The flight marks that the C919 has officially been put into routine operation on Air China’s “Beijing–Xiamen Express Line.” On the same day, the Air China C919 also made its first flight on the Beijing–Harbin route.
