Starting from April 1, 2026, the Chinese name of Xiaopeng Motors Co., Ltd. will be changed to "Xiaopeng Group," while the English name remains unchanged. This change does not affect shareholders' rights.

Starting from April 1, 2026, the company’s Chinese name will officially change from “小鹏汽车有限公司” to “小鹏集团,” while the English name “XPeng Inc.” will remain unchanged. This change of the company’s Chinese name does not affect any rights of the company’s shareholders.
