Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Li Han) data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development official website shows that on March 28, 442 new home transactions were signed online, with a total transaction area of 33,503.33 square meters. Among these, 210 residential units were signed online, covering an area of 24,968.36 square meters; 405 second-hand housing transactions were signed online, with a total area of 36,016.64 square meters, including 379 residential units, covering an area of 34,282.62 square meters.
