Oil prices have been adjusted! Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission announces the maximum retail prices for refined oil.
On March 23, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice that starting from March 23 at 24:00, the prices of refined oil in Shandong will be adjusted. The notice shows that the maximum retail prices for refined oil in Shandong are: 8.53 yuan per liter for 92 octane gasoline, 9.15 yuan per liter for 95 octane gasoline, and 8.16 yuan per liter for 0 diesel.
The Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission’s announcement stated that according to the price adjustment information released by the National Development and Reform Commission, starting from March 23, 2026, at 24:00, the maximum wholesale and retail prices for gasoline and diesel in our province will increase by 1160 yuan and 1115 yuan per ton, respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel in Shandong will be correspondingly adjusted.
** Remarks:**
1. The supply prices for gasoline and diesel used for national reserves (National Standard VI quality) by refined oil production and operation enterprises are 9905 yuan and 8835 yuan per ton, respectively. The supply prices for gasoline and diesel used in fisheries, forestry, and agricultural reclamation will temporarily follow the national reserve oil supply prices.
2. The prices listed in the table are for gasoline and diesel according to National Standard VI.
3. The maximum retail price for vehicle ethanol gasoline will follow the highest retail price for the same grade of gasoline.
4. The prices in the table include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban construction tax, and education fee surcharge.
5. Other related pricing policies will be implemented according to the National Development and Reform Commission’s “Petroleum Price Management Measures” and the current pricing policies in our province.
