In the fiscal year 2025, the group’s revenue was approximately RMB 482 million, a decrease of 18.7% year-on-year. This decline in revenue was primarily due to the optimization of closing or transforming inefficient retail stores, which resulted in a year-on-year decrease in retail store revenue, while a reasonable contraction of the scale of distributor brands led to a reduction in distribution revenue. The group’s net loss was approximately RMB 17.1 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 74.9%.
