In the past two months, our country's social logistics demand has steadily increased.
CCTV.com News (News Broadcast): The data released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing shows that from January to February, the total social logistics volume in China reached 58.6 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%, with growth rates improving by 1.6 and 1.4 percentage points compared to the entire previous year and the same period last year, respectively. From January to February, the logistics volume of industrial products grew by 6.3% year-on-year, among which, the manufacturing sectors of computers, communications, and other electronic equipment, as well as high-end equipment manufacturing in railways, shipping, and aerospace, all exceeded a growth rate of 10%.
From January to February, the logistics volume of units and household goods increased by 9.4% year-on-year, with new business formats such as instant retail thriving and driving strong growth in new consumption logistics demand. The online retail sales of goods rose by 10.3% year-on-year, marking the highest growth rate since June 2024.
In the first two months of this year, the total revenue of the logistics industry reached 2.0 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%, with the logistics market continuing to expand and achieving steady growth at the start of the year.
