Xinte Electric released an announcement on March 27. The company’s board of directors recently received a written resignation report from board secretary Ma Sheng. Ma Sheng applied to step down as the company’s board secretary for personal reasons. The resignation report takes effect as of the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After stepping down, Ma Sheng will continue to hold other positions at the company. Chairman Tan Yong will temporarily perform the duties of board secretary until the company appoints a new board secretary.
