Gelonghui, March 26丨Paradigm Intelligence (06682.HK) announced that the company plans to conduct its initial public offering of RMB ordinary shares in China and list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“proposed A-share issuance”). The company has received a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission Beijing Regulatory Bureau (“Beijing Regulatory Bureau”) on March 25, 2026, approving the filing for guidance prior to the proposed A-share issuance and listing. The company has appointed Huatai United Securities as the pre-listing advisory institution for the proposed A-share issuance and has signed an advisory agreement with it.
