On March 11, local time, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran issued announcement No. 31 of Operation “True Commitment 4,” declaring significant damage to several U.S. military bases in the Gulf. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated that from late night on March 10 to early morning on March 11, the Navy of the Revolutionary Guard launched the 38th wave of attacks codenamed “True Commitment 4.” The U.S. military’s Udairi helicopter base in Kuwait was subjected to two rounds of intense missile strikes. Reports indicate that the attack resulted in numerous U.S. military casualties, with over 100 injured personnel sent to hospitals. Additionally, the core facility of the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet—Mina Salman port in Bahrain—sustained damage, with critical infrastructure hit. The U.S. military dormitories and equipment depots at the Patriot camp, Muhammad Ahmad naval base, and Ali Salim airbase in Kuwait were severely damaged.
