On March 27, financial frontline news reported that Ping An of China held its 2025 annual performance briefing today. Vice General Manager and Chief Financial Officer Fu Xin stated that in the year 2025, which presents both opportunities and challenges, we have delivered a report of high-quality growth. Revenue in 2025 is projected to grow by 2.1%, reaching 1,050.5 billion yuan; operating profit achieved a double-digit growth of 10.3%; net profit after deduction increased by 20.5%; net assets reached one trillion, growing by 7.7%. With such a robust balance sheet, we are distributing a full-year dividend of 2.4 yuan per share, an increase of 5.9%. Notably, the investment performance achieved a comprehensive investment return rate of 6.3%, which is a very good level over the past five years.

Operating profit in 2025 grew by 10.3%, and we are very confident about future growth, with trends continuing to improve, believing that 2026 can maintain this upward trend. In terms of profit structure, the life insurance and health insurance businesses grew by 2.9% year-on-year, while property insurance achieved double-digit growth, and underwriting profit performed well.

The group’s asset management business reduced losses by 70% year-on-year, thanks to good credit risk management standards and prudent risk provisions, making the company’s development increasingly stable. Net profit after deduction grew by 22.5%, showing good performance. It is particularly worth mentioning that, in accounting classifications, our stocks have over 90 billion yuan in unrealized gains that have not been included in current profits, but have greatly enhanced the balance sheet, laying the groundwork for future profit releases and stable dividends.

Ping An’s dividend level is stable and continues to grow. A total of 48.9 billion yuan in dividends have been distributed this year, an increase of 5.9%. Dividends have consistently grown over the past decade, with a cumulative distribution exceeding 370 billion yuan in the last ten years, and the dividend yield is worth attention from investors and shareholders. Thank you all for your support.
