Xinyuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index Fund terminates fundraising early
On March 26, XinYuan Fund published an announcement regarding the early termination of the fundraising period for the XinYuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index Type Securities Investment Fund.
The announcement shows that the XinYuan CSI Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology Index Type Securities Investment Fund began fundraising on February 9, 2026, with the original fundraising deadline set for May 8, 2026. According to current statistics, the Fund has now reached the filing and registration conditions required for the fund contract to come into effect.
To protect the interests of investors, in accordance with relevant regulations and after consultation and agreement with the fund custodian, XinYuan Fund Management Co., Ltd. has decided to end the Fund’s fundraising early, advancing the fundraising deadline to March 25, 2026. That is, all effective subscription applications for the Fund on March 25, 2026 will be fully confirmed, and subscription applications will no longer be accepted starting from (including) March 26, 2026.
