On the same day, the announcement released by China Construction Bank indicated that the company decided to employ Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as the domestic accounting firm for the bank and its domestic subsidiaries for the year 2026 and employ Ernst & Young as the international accounting firm for the bank and its major overseas subsidiaries for the year 2026. According to the 2025 annual report of Bank of Communications, the company paid KPMG 87.599 million yuan in audit professional service fees for the year 2025.

On the same day, the announcement released by Bank of Communications indicated that the board of directors approved the hiring of KPMG Huazhen and KPMG Hong Kong as the accounting firms for the bank for the year 2026. The audit fee for this project for the year 2026 is 45.26 million yuan, of which the financial statement audit fee is 38.13 million yuan; the internal control audit fee is 1.85 million yuan; the related professional service fees are 5.28 million yuan, a decrease of 1.41 million yuan compared to the previous year’s audit fees, representing a year-on-year decrease of 3%.
