U.S. media: Vance criticizes Netanyahu
Odaily Planet Daily News Report According to AXIOS, during a phone call earlier this week, U.S. Vice President Vance “criticized Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for being too optimistic about his predictions for this U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict,” and said Netanyahu “exaggerated the likelihood of a regime change in the Iranian government.” The report cited a U.S. official as saying that before the U.S.-Israel strikes against Iran, Netanyahu had told the U.S. side that this conflict would be “easy to handle,” emphasizing that the “likelihood of regime change” in Iran was “very high,” but Vance was skeptical of this. The official also said that in the U.S.-Iran “ceasefire negotiations,” Vance “played a leading role,” while Israel was trying to undermine the talks. (CCTV International News)
