The Toronto-Dominion Bank is offering new capped 2-year market-linked notes with a principal amount of $10 per unit, maturing in March 2028. These notes provide 1-to-1 upside exposure to an international equity index basket, subject to a capped return of 20% to 30%, and include a 10% absolute return buffer. Investors face 1-to-1 downside exposure for declines exceeding 10%, putting up to 90% of the principal at risk.
