Odaily Planet Daily News: The Intercontinental Exchange has announced that it has completed a $600 million cash investment in Polymarket, which is part of Polymarket’s equity financing. ICE also expects to purchase up to $40 million in Polymarket securities from existing holders.

In October 2025, ICE made an initial investment of $1 billion in Polymarket. With this additional investment and the anticipated securities purchase, ICE has fulfilled all obligations under its investment arrangement with Polymarket. ICE stated that the investment in Polymarket is not expected to have a significant impact on its financial performance or capital return plans. Specific terms such as the valuation of this investment are expected to be disclosed after Polymarket’s financing is completed.
