Xia Baolong visits Guangzhou and two other cities for research and supports Hong Kong and Macau in aligning with the 15th Five-Year Plan.

The Director of the Central Leading Group for Hong Kong and Macao Affairs and the Director of the State Council’s Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, Xia Baolong, conducted research from the 23rd to the 27th of this month in cities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, such as Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, and Foshan. The focus was on supporting Hong Kong and Macao in actively aligning with the national “14th Five-Year Plan,” deeply participating in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and better integrating with and serving the overall national development.

Xu Qiufang, the Deputy Director in charge of daily operations at the Central Leading Group for Hong Kong and Macao Affairs and the State Council’s Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, and Zhang Yong, the Deputy Director of the Central Government’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong, participated in the research.
